We are a small veteran owned, husband and wife investing team with Copper Country roots and we are looking to give back to the community that gave us a foundation in life. The Managing Director was born and raised in Houghton and joined the Military in 2003 at 23 years old. 17 years later, he seeks to invest in the only place he calls home. The Creative Director and designer is an honorary Yooper, she loves the Yooper way of life, and is looking forward to one day retiring to god’s country!

We are committed to using local craftsman, building supplies, and professional services to stimulate small business and drive the local economy.

Our founding tenet is to”treat people like family, not numbers”. In this business, people often forget that one side is often struggling financially and unfortunately, the human element gets lost in the mechanics of the transaction. We understand the struggle, and will do everything in our power to help you through and help you recover from potentially difficult situation.

Our main goal in every alliance we enter is to treat people with respect, while working to create win-win scenarios, so each party can walk away with their needs met, and in a better place financially.

Copper Range Holdings will never charge any administrative, transaction or investment fees of any kind. All investor funds go directly to property procurement and/or rehabilitation and maintenance.
